HERE ARE SOME ACTIVITIES

WEEK 2 - THE CALGARY TOWER

This week we will focus on the Calgary Tower! The activities you will find in this outline are designed to get your child moving and acting like Calgary's well-known landmark.

WEEK 3 - THE LIBRARY

This week, our focus will be on the library! Your child will be guided through various activities getting them involved in library fun as they will be given challenges with books.

ALPHABET ACTIVITY CHALLENGE

Try out this alphabet activity challenge where each letter will have you do an activity related to it.

WEEK 1 - THE ZOO

This week the focus will be the zoo! There will be a variety of activities related to the zoo animals to get your child up and moving.

WEEK 4 - TELUS SPARK

Our focus this week is the Telus Spark! The activities this week will all have a focus on cool science topics while getting your child moving.

WEEK 5 - THE BEACH

This week, our focus will be on the beach! Your child will be guided through various activities getting them involved in activities as if they were out enjoying the sun at the beach!

WEEK 6 - DANCE AND MUSIC

Our focus this week is on dance and music! The activities this week will all have a focus on dance and music to expand their creative minds while being moving around!

WEEK 7 - SPACE

This week, our focus will be on outer space! Your child will be guided through various activities related to space to spark their curiosity and scientific minds while being active!

THE RECORD BOOK

We have created a record book for you to keep track of your progress of skill development. We are hoping this gives you something the keep working towards every day to eventually reach all of your activity goals!

Something about their cancer journey: Learning to be grateful for the little things. Learning that you never know what someone is going through, so always be kind and respectful but, most of all just love and live with all your heart.
