We have made a variety of music playlists for you to choose so that everyone has something fun to listen to while getting active with our activities! They range between 30-60 minutes so you can pick a different one each day.


All of the playlists are made on Spotify, which everyone should have free access to. Just click the button of the playlist you want and get ready to start moving!

This playlist includes some of the popular and fun music that you hear all the time to get you excited and motivated to get active!

UPBEAT POP SONGS

POPULAR THROWBACKS

This playlist is comprised of a variety of popular throwback songs including those by artists such as the Backstreet Boys, Hannah Montana, and One Direction.

DISNEY SONGS

This playlist is comprised of a variety of Disney songs, both old and new, which will get you in the mood to get up and get active!

SLOWER TEMPO SONGS

This playlist includes some slower tempo songs that are still great to get active to if you want a slightly more relaxing playlist for the day.

~ 35 minutes

This includes fun and energetic songs for our younger participants to enjoy while getting active.

YOUNGER FAVOURITES

TEEN FAVOURITES

This playlist includes some of the songs our teen participants have requested the most in our sessions so far when they are getting active throughout the day.

TEEN THROWBACKS

This playlist is another throwbacks playlist, but more suited towards our teen participants. We are sure you are going to hear some familiar songs which will get you excited to be active.
